Design Your Custom Sports Uniform in 6 Easy Steps

Step 1: Choose Your Product Style

  • Click on the product type you want to customize
  • Review the available styles by scrolling through the options
  • Click on your preferred style to select it

Step 2: Select Fabric & Lead Time

  • Review the available fabric options for your selected product
  • Each fabric has different performance characteristics and price points
  • Choose a lead time that is offered

Step 3: Start Customization

  • Click “Customize” after making your selection
  • This will take you to the design interface where you can personalize your product
  • Note: The system will load the design interface which may take a few seconds

Step 4: Choose a Design Template

  • Browse through the available design templates by scrolling through the options
  • Templates provide pre-designed layouts that you can customize
  • Click on a template that matches your vision to select it

Step 5: Customize Your Design

  • Adjust Colors
  • Add Logos, Numbers, Names
  • Preview Your Design

Step 6: Share Your Design

  • Click on the “Checkout/Roster” tab when you’re satisfied with your design
  • Follow the instructions
  • Click on the “Share Design” button fill out the popup form and click submit

Our BENDY SPORTS custom uniform teams will have access to your designs. We do not automatically get notified when you complete your design. That is why we ask for contact information. That will alert us to look for your design when you have completed it. At the end of the design process, you will have access to a PDF(s). If you would like, you can download the PDF for your personal use. You can also e-mail it to BENDYSPORTSBIL@GMAIL.COM for a fast response. Be sure to include in the body of the email a way for us to contact you. From there, we will contact you to verify everything and start the final proof process.

Typically, if the design will not save properly, the Champro Sports Uniform Builder is experiencing issues with the browser. Please reference our response concerning browser types. If you are using Firefox, or the most updated version of your browser, and it still will not save, please Contact Us so we can get your design going on our end.

Please return to the Roster page of the Uniform Builder and enter at least one player, even if it isn’t a real player. The Champro Sports Uniform Builder will not let you save the file unless there is some type of information on the Roster page. If the file still won’t save, check to see if your browser is up-to-date.

No. That is why we asked for your contact information before you are able to design anything. We will be able to see any designs you make after you have saved them. To make sure you don’t loose any design we recommend downloading the PDF(s) for your records. If you have any questions or want to e-mail the PDF directly to us you can do so at bendysportsbil@gmail.com.

The Uniform Builder may not function properly if it is being accessed from an out-of-date browser. We highly recommend using the Firefox browser (free to download at Mozilla.org). If you do not have Firefox available, and you are using an alternative browser such as Internet Explorer, Chrome, or Safari, please ensure the browser is the most updated version. You can contact us directly if you need help.

First, ensure you’re looking in the correct sport category. If you still are not seeing the style, especially if it is a newer pattern or design for us, it may not have been released yet on the Champro uniform builder. If it is not available on the Uniform Builder, please submit your request via e-mail at bendysportsbil@gmail.com or go to our contact page and submit a request through there.

The Champro custom builder will accept .jpeg, .png, or .gif files, if you want to see an approximation of your logo on the Uniform Builder. However, for production, we will need your logo in vector format, with file types of .ai, .eps, or high-res PDF. Once we receive your design we will have you send over the vector formatted logo.

After you finish your design we will be in contact you. At that time you can tell us where you would like the logo. We will then go over the specifics concerning the logo’s size and placement. Keep in mind this will require some specialized designing and could possibly delay the start of production by a few days. We want to make sure you approve any design and look before production starts.

Because these are customized we require a final approval on designs, sizes and any specific design like numbers, names ect… For these reasons we don’t allow you to purchase directly after you create your design. Once your design is approved by you we will send you an invoice that you can pay for online. We will work with any individual or organization.

JUICE sublimation orders require a minimum of 6 pieces per style. You may order less than 6 pieces, however a 25% upcharge will apply. Fill-in orders have no minimum if they use the same design and graphics.

Splash sublimation has no minimum order size on new and fill-in orders!
