After your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via e-mail. You will also be able to log into your account and get the tracking number. After you receive the tracking number you can go to our order tracking page. There you will enter your tracking number and e-mail used on your order to get all the information you need.

Our policy is you will have 30 to return or exchange any unused items with tags still attached if applicable. For more information or to submit an item for return check out our returns page.

Some items sold on bendysports.com comes with a manufacture warranty. Those warranties will always be honored. For all other products that become defective in the first 90 days of purchase will have to be decided on a case by case bases. We will work with you to take care of any issues you have with a product purchased from Bendy Sports. Please e-mail or call us with any product issues.

At this time we are an online business only. We work with several manufactures to provide our customers the best products at the lowest prices with high end quality service. We are looking at opening a shop in the future.

We accept .AI, .EPS, or a high resolution PDFs. If you are not able to provide the vector art and would like us to help create it, we do offer that service at a fee of $50 per hour.

If there are any changes to production times we will have a banner at the top of each page indicating what the delays are.

* Not all custom products have all of the production options. Make sure to look at the product you are interested in to see what production options are available.

You can see the status of your sublimated order any time on the Order Tracking Page. You can also sign into your BENDY SPORTS Account, your order status will be shown and updated on your dashboard.

We have two ways for you to submit sublimated orders. Your first option is to create a design on our Custom Builder and save the PDF for your records. We will review your design and make sure we have all the information we need. After our review we will contact you and start proof process. If you don’t want to use the custom builder you can always email us order@bendysports.com we will help you design what you are looking for.

The easiest & fastest way to get your order processed is through our Custom Builder.

The easiest way is to do a add on order is to e-mail us at order@bendysports.com. We will need the name associated with your order. You will also need to provide what you are needing to order such as sizes, names, numbers or anything associated with the order.

*Keep in mind all add on orders are treated as a seperate order so shipping charge may be applied.

We can do custom colors in JUICE sublimated product, though we must print and send a physical swatch for customer approval beforehand. This can often add a few weeks of lead time to a JUICE order. To avoid additional lead time, we encourage customers to choose similar colors from our comprehensive palette of JUICE sublimated colors.

New JUICE orders have a 6 piece minimum or there is a 25% up-charge per piece. There is no minimum on add orders.

If you are ordering Hats, Visors, and Headbands there is a 12 piece minimum initial and re-orders.

You will hear back quickly! Our response time is usually the same day after you design is submited. This is during normal business hours. If you have submitted your design after business hours, weekends, or hollidays we will contact you the next business day we are open.

All custom sublimated orders receive a free 2-day shipping upgrade! Keep in mind shipping time is not included in production time. So you will need to add 2 business days to production for shippment to arrive at your shipping address.

Our expected proof response time is 24-48 hours.

We have three great options depending on your in hands needs. The Standard lead time for a JUICE order is 15 business days from the time of final art approval and payment for your order is made. If you need your order faster, you can choose from our Express (10 business days) or Express Plus (5 business days) service. Please don’t forget that the daily cutoff for approvals is 4:00 PM CST.

Keep in mind this is a custom product and certain steps must be followed to ensure you get exactly what you want.

We now have reversible technology on our Custom Builder, so you can design both sides of the uniform on one screen.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Custom Printed Products

Custom products ship based on the production time you chose. Production options are 5, 10, or 15 business days. Business days are Monday thru Friday. Shipping for all custom products are 2 business days.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Go to our tracking page and enter the tracking number.

We process all orders as quick as possible. If you need an order by a specific time please add that information in the notes and we will do everything in our power to get the products to you by that time.

We currently only ship in United States.

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Business days are considered Monday-Friday. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

We honor all manufacture warranties. We also have a 30 day warranty on all products for the purchase date. For all equipment we might ask for image proof that the product is defective. You will be sent a replacement product as soon as the defective one is received.
