Common Questions & Concerns

Our BENDY SPORTS custom uniform team will have access to your designs. We will get notified when you click the “Share Design” button under the “Checkout/Roster” tab. If you don’t have your full roster yet (which is perfectly fine) you will be required to enter a 1 in any size option.

If you would like, you can download your design for your personal use. Once we receive notification someone from Bendy Sports will contact you to verify everything and start the final proof process. If you have any questions please e-mail uniforms@bendysports.com.

Typically, if the design will not save properly, the Champro Sports Uniform Builder is experiencing issues with the browser. Please reference our response concerning browser types. If you are using Firefox, or the most updated version of your browser, and it still will not save, please Contact Us so we can get your design going on our end.

Please return to the Roster page of the Uniform Builder and enter at least one player, even if it isn’t a real player. The Champro Sports Uniform Builder will not let you save the file unless there is some type of information on the Roster page. If the file still won’t save, check to see if your browser is up-to-date.

No, You must hit the “Share Design” button. That will activate a popup window that might take several seconds to open up. This will ask for your contact information. Once you submit the form we will be notified.

The Uniform Builder may not function properly if it is being accessed from an out-of-date browser. We highly recommend using the Firefox browser (free to download at Mozilla.org). If you do not have Firefox available, and you are using an alternative browser such as Internet Explorer, Chrome, or Safari, please ensure the browser is the most updated version. You can contact us directly if you need help.

First, ensure you’re looking in the correct sport category. If you still are not seeing the style, especially if it is a newer pattern or design for us, it may not have been released yet. If it is not available on the Uniform Builder, please submit your request via e-mail at uniforms@bendysports.com or go to our contact page and submit a request through there.

The Champro custom builder will accept .jpeg, .png, or .gif files, if you want to see an approximation of your logo on the Uniform Builder. However, for production, we will need your logo in vector format, with file types of .ai, .eps, or high-res PDF. Once we receive your design we will have you send over the vector formatted logo.

After you finish your design we will be in contact you. At that time you can tell us where you would like the logo. We will then go over the specifics concerning the logo’s size and placement. Keep in mind this will require some specialized designing and could possibly delay the start of production by a few days. We want to make sure you approve any design and look before production starts.

Because these are customized we require a final approval on designs, sizes and any specific design like numbers, names ect… For these reasons we don’t allow you to purchase directly after you create your Champro uniforms. Once your design is approved by you we will send you an invoice that you can pay for online. We will work with any individual or organization.

JUICE sublimation orders require a minimum of 6 pieces per style. You may order less than 6 pieces, however a 25% upcharge will apply. Fill-in orders have no minimum if they use the same design and graphics.
