PRINT DESIGN
The design for each section of your custom item is printed onto sublimation paper.
PRESS PROCESS
Heat and pressure is used to transfer the printed design from the sublimation paper onto the fabric.
PRECISION CUT
High precision equipment is used to cut the fabric outline of each printed piece.
SEW FINISHED PRODUCT
All of the fabric pieces are sewn together into a complete garment to create the finished product.

Program may be suspended if capacity is not available. Orders will be accepted in the order in which they are received. If capacity is not available for the lead time date the next available day will be assigned. If added pre-production work is needed to ensure graphics are recreated correctly, additional processing time may be added.
