Acceptable Artwork Formats
Vector Art
We accept print-ready vector art files in the following formats: AI, EPS, or PDF Vector art can be scaled to any size while maintain quality Vector art is always preferred. Please remove any overprints within your fle; these will drop out when printed If vector art cannot be supplied, files that require digitization will incur a graphic design service charge at the rate of $50 per hour with a minimum charge of one hour.
PDF files will be converted to AI; we are not liable for any errors during conversion
Raster Art
Raster art, otherwise known as bitmap art, is composed of pixels grouped together to make one complete image When scaled larger, the image will look pixelated If you must submit a raster image, make sure the resolution is 200 DPI (dots per inch) or larger.
Outlined Fonts
Outlined fonts are required for all artwork formats Font selection can vary on different computers, which can cause a desired font to be replaced with a generic one To preserve your fonts, always outline, embed, or convert them to shapes before submitting artwork If a specific font is required, the name of the font and the font file (TFF or OTF) must be submitted.
Embedded Images
Most programs allow the user to add an image to a file by linking or embedding. Embedded images are stored within the document itself, while linked files are not Because of this, linked files can vanish when opened from a different computer Please embed all images to avoid losing them when files are summitted Any embedded images must be high resolution If submitting a PSD file, all layers should be flattened

Graphic Design Services & General Details
Our professional graphic design services, which include custom logos, artwork, or logo digitization, are charged at the rate of $50 per hour, with a minimum of one hour. Please contact us for an estimate.
CHAMPRO reserves the right to adjust the size of decoration proportionally to garment size
CHAMPRO will not be responsible for errors resulting from copy that were received or approved incorrectly
Proofs provided electronically should not be used for final color output or image resolution

Acceptable Artwork Formats
Vector Art
We accept print-ready vector art files in the following formats: AI, EPS, or PDF Vector art can be scaled to any size while maintain quality Vector art is always preferred. Please remove any overprints within your fle; these will drop out when printed If vector art cannot be supplied, files that require digitization will incur a graphic design service charge at the rate of $50 per hour with a minimum charge of one hour.
PDF files will be converted to AI; we are not liable for any errors during conversion
Raster Art
Raster art, otherwise known as bitmap art, is composed of pixels grouped together to make one complete image When scaled larger, the image will look pixelated If you must submit a raster image, make sure the resolution is 200 DPI (dots per inch) or larger.
Outlined Fonts
Outlined fonts are required for all artwork formats Font selection can vary on different computers, which can cause a desired font to be replaced with a generic one To preserve your fonts, always outline, embed, or convert them to shapes before submitting artwork If a specific font is required, the name of the font and the font file (TFF or OTF) must be submitted.
Embedded Images
Most programs allow the user to add an image to a file by linking or embedding. Embedded images are stored within the document itself, while linked files are not Because of this, linked files can vanish when opened from a different computer Please embed all images to avoid losing them when files are summitted Any embedded images must be high resolution If submitting a PSD file, all layers should be flattened

Microsoft Offce, InDesign, Quark, Corel Draw, Publisher, or low-resolution scanned images
Graphic Design Services & General Details
Our professional graphic design services, which include custom logos, artwork, or logo digitization, are charged at the rate of $50 per hour, with a minimum of one hour. Please contact us for an estimate.
CHAMPRO reserves the right to adjust the size of decoration proportionally to garment size
CHAMPRO will not be responsible for errors resulting from copy that were received or approved incorrectly
Proofs provided electronically should not be used for final color output or image resolution
Roster & Artwork Approval
CHAMPRO will send an e-mail with order acknowledgement and proof of the order
Customer must review the order and proof for accuracy and approve for production
All information on the proof and roster will be considered correct after approval is received
CHAMPRO will acknowledge receipt of approval and confirm lead times

Shortages/Claims/Cancellation
Any claims or shortages with your order must be reported within 10 working days of receipt of goods.
No cancellations or changes are accepted after the order is approved

Any cancellation after this time will be subject to 50% charge of the order total
Color Disclaimer
Scientifically, it is not possible to achieve a perfect color match from one JUICE garment to another, or from JUICE garments to CHAMPRO stock garments Therefore, we cannot guarantee a perfect match from order to order or from one fabric to another If you have questions about our colors, please contact us for more information Art submissions with specific Pantone Color call outs will automatically be converted to CMYK If your job is color sensitive, please contact us for information on color matching services RGB files will be converted to CMYK; some color shifting will most likely occur Unless a sample is ordered, CHAMPRO is not responsible for unsatisfactory color results
Color Matching
We cannot color match gradients We print digitally in CMYK and use PMS colors as a guide; therefore, the colors are not exact If you have a color sensitive project, we highly recommend that you order a sample In the event that you do not, we will match as close as possible to the PMS colors provided, but are not responsible for the colors not printed to your liking
Care Instructions
Do not dry clean
Do not wash in hot water; Do not use chlorine bleach; Do not wash whites and colors together; Do not dry on HIGH heat
Excessive heat may cause fabric shrinkage and color change Do not put JUICE garments through a screen print dryer

Artwork Disclaimer
CHAMPRO Sports wants to work with you to put your designs, artwork, and logos on the products you purchase from CHAMPRO Sports Any such designs which CHAMPRO Sports prepares for you (“Artwork”), will be the property of CHAMPRO Sports and will remain CHAMPRO Sport’s intellectual property even if you have paid a fee for our design services You will receive the Artwork only as it appears on goods purchased from CHAMPRO Sports and not in any electronic format We will have the right to use the Artwork for any lawful purpose, including, without limitation, for sales and advertising
You represent that you have all the appropriate rights to use Customer Designs which you provide to CHAMPRO, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless CHAMPRO for all costs or damages arising from a claim of infringement against CHAMPRO related to your Customer Design CHAMPRO may request that you provide written proof of your rights to use any third party logo or trademark prior to CHAMPRO using such logos or incorporating such logos into your Artwork However, whether or not CHAMPRO makes any such request does not affect your obligation to indemnify and hold harmless CHAMPRO for all costs or damages arising from a claim of infringement against CHAMPRO related to your Customer Design

Splash Basic
Orders use Splash template designs and styles which are completed on the Uniform Builder The resulting PDF proof is submitted and the order does not require any modifications Orders will go directly into production and additional customer follow-up is not necessary
Splash Plus
Option accommodates special requests which cannot be handled through the Uniform Builder These orders are started on the Uniform Builder and use Splash template designs and styles Our graphics department will refer to the proof generated by the UB and alter it to reflect the customer’s modifications These modifications include special decoration locations, logo application, watermark, sponsored logo etc. , and customer follow-up will be necessary This program is available at an additional charge per piece, and complex logos, logo re-creation or art creation will incur an additional art charge of $50 per hour Only Splash template designs are accepted through this program For additional designs or custom design options, please refer to the JUICE program

Splash Sublimation Disclaimer
We will try our best to deliver your garments free of any defects or imperfections However, during the manufacturing process the garment may not lay completely flat This may cause some imperfections such as white or uneven areas, particularly under the armpit or along a seam Although we will do everything we can to minimize these occurrences, we cannot be responsible for the imperfections as they are the result of the finished garment sublimation process Variations between garments will occur and no two garments will be completely identical
